To be or not to be...

Over last six to eight months the image of our beloved country has been portrayed as that one of the scamsters den, all this has been to the numerous scandals unearthed in form of CWG irregularities, Adarsh Housing Society, 2G Spectrum and the latest one in the row being sale of another defence land in Mumbai. The scenario is dare not open the cupboard of a politician you will be overrun by the skeletons.
All citizens of India and the public across the globe has been witness to the shameful revelations and the aftermath in the Indian Parliament. Its shocking and shameful to call ourselves the citizen who have elected the representatives who do not echo the sentiments of Indian public. The complete situation has left all of us with bitter test of helplessness to the extent that even Ram or Krishna descends on earth will not be able give us NIZAT from these political monsters.
The worst part is that even the cleanest of the clean people like our prime minister Mr. Manmohan and Home Minister Chitambaram are not in a position to act decisively having armed with the constitutional powers. Let alone acting they are not even voicing concern or discuss the course of action needed to defuse the situation. Mr. PM is not even able to decide on the kind of probe that is required to be undertaken to unearth the truth. May be public inaction in these cases may be one of the strategy that he may follow where in he allows the regulatory authorities do their job and wait the results that can be then seen by the public. If that be so I admire the patience and risk that he is taking at the cost of his personal image.
Opposition including the partners of UPA in the house have been demanding JPC probe. The sole contention that only JPC can unearth the truth, as it is not considered to be the instrument of the ruling party or government. The common fear that the opposition will drag the JPC and the core issue and make it a big MUDDA in coming elections will be the only worry that the ruling party will have. Let that be so we need to be more open to scrutiny in all issues and transparency in dealing should be given first priority. Had PM agreed to the JPC I think he would have enhanced his image and taken the leverage out of the opposition. Look at the colossal loss of public money in terms of loss of valuable time of parliament.
On the other hand the opposition has also been irresponsible in not allowing the government to put forth their opinion and ask for discussions on the requirement of JPC. It is still not understood as to why opposition is not willing to accept any other form of probe. They must realize that the Indian public is clever and will ask these questions when you go back to them and more over opposition today is likely to be SARKAR tomorrow. The most unfortunate is that none of the political parties are willing to move from their predetermined position, Which is critical for the situation to change.
To my mind all parties should agree for a time bound presentation of white paper by the government on the issue and the ATR (Action Taken Report). This would be more objective and constructive move than stalling the parliament.
What all political parties have done is taken a pure egoistic approach and they are not serious about discharging the responsibilities entrusted to them by all of us. To add insult to the wound all of them are more interested to accrue the advantage out of the dead lock to gain grounds in their regional areas. Didi and Amma are the burning examples of such opportunism.
The most surprising and amusing fact that is seen is that all the parties have only national level leaders giving out the statements as if they have been given the dictate to handle the situation on centre stage and non of the regional leaders that of state level are involved in the issue. How can such an important aspect of governance be treated as center and state issue ? Why Mr Modi or Mrs Dixit silent on these issues ? Why at all only Mr Advani or Mr Sibal have to speak ? Is the issue of corruption not the concern of other political leaders ? Let there be confusion and chaos, at least you will come to know the individuals thinking.
Most unfortunate and serious concern is the involvement of Defence Services in some of the scams. Prima facie it appears that the top brass of the defence services have been made to believe that there is no violation of rules and regulations in all the dealings that has been put forward to them. On their part they have faulted in blindly believing the political leadership. This may be incorrect to a large extent but I tend to believe this as I have had the opportunity to serve with some of the brass whose names appear in the scam. To my mind even it to be for the personal gains the uniformed man will not stop to the level that is required to do such a crime. For the simple reason that he still puts service before self and would not do anything that will bring bad repute to service.
What has happened is that the politicians have made poor soldiers and other subordinates in civil services the scape goat in the whole episode and they are running scot free. Just giving mere resignation from the CM post and keeping low profile for one year and bounce back on other opportunity is not enough, but then this has been the history, tell me how many politicians have come under the legal action and are undergoing punishment today……… NONE……………
Finally it is the public who have lost out on their money, peace of mind, disturbed life due to calls of Bandh and strike etc etc. Who is to correct that………….? The message is loud and clear it’s you and me and what is the medium RTI, PIL and Supreme court of India. BUT are we ready for that?….. Do we have time for that?………. One has to find if this country has to improve.

The Dilema

The issue of babri and ram temple has been a long lingering political gimmik. To my mind an average Indian has vertually given up any hope of deriving any life out of the issue. But look at our political masters !!!!!!! By joe they are truely and really capable of deriving out the milage......or Milages out of the dead cow......
Come to really think of it what we the people of India want, is no rukkus is created after the pronouncement of the verdict. Therefore if you sincerely think the verdict has to be a non political and mind you this would also be playing on the minds of the judges and the bench. They would know that the judgement will be disected bisected and what not by one and all including the illiterate political masters their goons and the intellectuals of the country and as usual "jitne Mooh Utni Baten" It will be a TRP race on all channels with panel discussions.
We have been acustomed to the situation that for so any years there has been a Babri Masjid in that place which has not been in existance for almost two decades now. Some of us now want to Build a temple there...... so presently both the things are non existing for all of us who really do not bother if there is a mosk or temple. Most of us Indian (I believe 80%) wish and feel that there should be a National Monument or an Educational Institute or a social centre which can work for Humanity and not for Ram or Rahim.
I do not know how many of you will agree with me that the political leadership of India has given a long handle to the judiciary which looks like a good opportunity to scrap and re write lot of ill treditions that have been built on religious fundamentalism. I for one is totally against the show of religious belief on the roads. Why have the road shows on various religious occassions. What good do they serve us as community and society. In most of the cases when two religious functions requirng the raod show fall together all of us cross our fingers and see that both the religious believer do not crash in to each other. To me this is no different than the policy of British "Divide and Rule". Our political masters are also doing the same and we have been accepting it since independence. This argument of mine is to be seen in retrospect when Bal thought of having Ganesh Festival as a public function and in no uncertain terms the direct answer to the processions of Tajias. I mean what was that thinking which did not ban the religious show off on the road but instigated other community to indulge in the same. Today I feel that the SC should ask government of work out the modalities where in the people of India are free to practice their religion with in the four walls of their homes. Even the display of religious ideologies and identities like Holy cross, or Tabij or locket with swastik or Kada be banned on the streets. Like they have done it for the Uniform men in defence services of India. Where you are first identified as Indian and then by your name. When you are at home you are a religious soul but when you come on street and meet others no one should be able to Identify you as hindu, muslim sikh or isai but only as an INDIAN.

Now the question is can our juduciary touch upon these issues during its judgement on ayodhya and compell the so called political masters to act on these issues. Can we have a national debate on these aspect and more importantly "CAN ALL OF US MEET EACH OTHERS AS INDIAN's ON THE STREETS".

Mother of All Inventions

MOTHER OF ALL OPPORTUNITIES
(IT CAN HAPPEN ONLY IN INDIA)

Every substance that exists on this earth is made of five elements, agni, jal, vayu, aakash and pruthvi. These five elements create and destroy the living and non living things on this earth and may be in universe. Be it the most beautiful creation of god like apsara or devastation like the floods storm bush or jungle fire landslide, sunami or hurricane. I use to think that there no other power that can be more creative or devastating than this, but alsa I was wrong, the species that god did not create but the own creation of we the human has become the biggest monster for the world…………. Guess Who ??????????
The Politicians
Fortunately or unfortunately they are also made of panch tatwa like all the other living beings but have acquired additional five punch tatwas like : Sweet Tongue, Black heart, shrud and uncanny mind, Rakshas gan and don’t care attitude. Sure enough you all are nodding your heads in negativity as you think these five tatwas are not enough to define the species…………. You may be right and the list may be unending but for me these five top the list.
I at time wonder how these people acquire these characteristics, are they inbuilt by birth ? I don’t think all over the world this is true may be in our country to an extent yes because if you are born in a particular family you are bound to be either politician or actor, to an extent that you can be predicted and called as future Prime Minister of India from the very day you come in existence. But not all are that lucky they really struggler their way up like beaurocrats do. Then there must be some ways to learn the trick of trades like before you preach you should have gone through the mill etc etc……..
Looking at the salaries and perks as recently revised after the annual appraisal of as to what has been transacted in house how many divided decisions taken how many chair and tables broken , how many fractured limbs, nose and heads we had etc etc…. I think there is nothing wrong in taking this profession as a carrier for our young generation. What we need to do is only Re introduce the subject of political science with an altered text books and revised syllabus.
Boy don’t just discard this opportunity it has immense potential in terms of business development, look you will have new schools and colleges that will teach only this subject being run and managed by our politicians (In any case they are doing this for money sake for other professions). But this would not be only money but for pride as to whose student forms the government. People like you and me can open coaching classes where local goons can take lectures on how to manage law related problems and still be at large. Corporators can give their expert advise on mis management of funds and local MLAs on how to manage and diversify the financial assets of the state. Oh ya you will always have the choice of guest speakers of local MPs on diversified subjects that relate to every aspect of our country. I am sure the presence during the guest lectures will depend on the honesty of the speakers and their track records. Rest be assured of very poor to no attendance in Atal Behari and Manmohans lectures. The house will be full and you may have to do police bandobast for CWG Games and Chara Chors lecture. You can sell the tickets and entrance passes in black in advance on line ………….. Hey what a tremendous opportunity ?????????

In"dependence" our way

come 14th and 15 August, the talk in the air (I mean the medium) is independence day. All the channels in the Air will start soul serching of other Indians i.e. what does independence mean to you ? When did we get independence ? what do you do on Independence day ? BLA BLA BLA................ Its sickening......... Do we mean to teaach our generation this meaning of independence????????? and finally pull out the beaten tracks of Sare jahan Se acchha.........For some corporate Yankees its apprisal time for the President and the Prime minister of India......... You ask me why ??? Obviously he is going to read the performance and achievement card from the red fort and the first lady on the television on the evening prior to the d day. So what do we do? listen to them !! give them marks, in minutes after the address to the nation is over !! and thats it, we have decided !! who is the next party in commnad in the general elelctions......... ??

Hey hold on for a minute think, did we want to listen to their achievement or what they did to tell the neighbours or the friends in other country....... I suppose no at least not me............... Given a chance what the averge Indian that includes me would like to know Mr Prime minister is.......... How are you planning to salvage the image of the country before the CWG. ...... (Read in he context of Corruption charges and allegations) what action is being taken to take to the task the people responsible for damage to the millions of tons of food grains and how are you going to implement the SC orders and improve PDS system????? what is the plan of action on Mao's are we going to be silent spectators to the 26/11 and other attacks on our biggest assets (Read More so We the people of India).

I would like to add that I just read a statement from our prime minister of exumplary and severe punishment to those guilty........ for a change at least some one has spoken tough. to be seen......... (We had cases like Sukhram caught red handed still at large...) what surprises me is till date no politician has been imprisoned for corruption will the Madi and team be the first one, if you have to go with prime minister ? The same prime minister who has been able to sign the mother of all treaties getting N fuel for us where are the plans when will see the lights in our village when will the power shedding get over when our dear farmers get theri dues and do not commit sucide........ so that people do not get the themes of pipli live ( No intention to malign the theme its wonderful at least some one has a courage to stand up Kudos aamir......) but thenwhy give a chnace !!!!!!!!

When will the women of India.. our mother, sisters and wifes get their due when will the man bastion end its time to change man........ noori is showing the way. better watch out BETTER CLEAR THE WAY FOR WOMEN RESERVATION BILL.......... WILL YOU ENSURE MR. PRIME MINISTER THAT YOUR FOLLOWERS DO NOT STOP IT.........

What we the people of india want to know is when will we reduce our fiscal and how? can we save for our better tommorow or todays tur dal and aata will take away our savings...... can I feel secure in my own home or on the street.......... Let us not harp on terrorism its an old topic and by now all of us have figured out that the exporters of terrorism are no one other then our own inability to fight the originators. We can only Talk talk talk and do nothing ...... What I mean by doing nothing, Please Mr Prime Minister set an exumplaty eample for indulgance in terrorist activity............ decide and do not politicise AFZAL GURU set an example to the world by actions and not words By the way when will we stop feeding Kasab. I am sure we have derived enough milage from his presence and its time now to do away with the dead asset.

All is well ........... with out doing anything can happen only in Movies............ in life we have to act and act decisively to achieve the goals and targets set for us. We need to be more desciplined in our spendings and investments in projects. Our political masters have to be more sain to think world.....Nation......state.......district........Village..........fellow citizen and if any thing left SELF....
We can go no and on till the politicians come home but its not worth it. I may sound very pasimistic and down trodden but NO I am optimistic of we emerging out of current crisis and making a better home land for our future generation till we have the team of CEO's like Manmohan, Chitambaram, sushma swaraj, sonia, Amir Khan, Amitabh Bacchhan, sheela dixit, Narendra Modi, Somnath Chattarjee, and the yongsters like Aaditya raj, Rahul Gandhi, Pilot who are willing to learn from these CEO,s there are many more whome I have not mentioned may be they are in the better category............ What I mean is not to worry too much about the future but concentrate on today to see better tommorow............

Self Realisation the ultimate Nirvana

I have never been found of writing articles but yes there has always been urge to create some thing of own. I suppose this urge has been there like a latent heat of steam which has been trying to escape from the lid. No wonder that at this age I got the realisation that the times have changed and its not far that it will change the tide.

Never too late to wake up from slumber, I got the wake up dad call from non other then my son after reading his blog. Realisation very quickly downed that he has realised my dream of writing.

I pomise to fulfill my dreams on my own. Make the beginning.... hopefully it will be a good memory........
